\nHelping New Members to Become Strong<\/a>
This paper suggests the helping strengthen new members is a critical part of a ward mission’s responsibility. \u00a0This shows that when we try to keep people close to the church through assignments made one at a time rarely works – rather,\u00a0processes<\/em>\u00a0are required. \u00a0These processes need to be initiated weeks before baptism. \u00a0When you do this, baptism becomes a step in processes in which members do their roles as a matter of course. \u00a0This paper tells us not just\u00a0what<\/em>\u00a0we need to do in order to keep new converts active, but\u00a0how<\/em>\u00a0to do it.<\/p>\n
